Happy Spring! I wanted to share a free Spring printable with you that your kids are sure to love. It will bring a huge smile to your child’s face when they open their lunch box.
My daughter loves it when I leave her a note in her school lunchbox. Since she recently learned how to read, she loves getting the little “I love you” notes that she can actually read.
As all of us moms know, mornings can be quite hectic trying to get young kids dressed and out the door. So, I wanted to create some cute notes that I could quickly tape inside her lunchbox so that she still knows I am thinking about her when she is in school.
There are three months left of school until summer, so these will be perfect to rotate through the rest of Spring. I created these printables with my daughter in mind (who is a very girly-girl!), but I also wanted to make some that would be perfect for boys too. Don’t worry, I have you all covered! There is even one inspired by Earth Day, which is coming up soon, that says “You Mean the World to Me”. Great for boys and girls alike.
If you’re like me, not only do I love sending cute notes to school for my kids, but they also appreciate it when I also send a treat. I get lots of hugs and “thank you’s” on those days! Why not add a treat in a goodie bag with one of the notes? In these, I added bunny and egg shaped sugar cookie we decorated for Easter. So cute! You can add a cookie, brownie, or even a favorite snack pack.
