It’s Teacher Appreciation week here! Teacher’s probably get their fair share of candy, flowers, and gift cards during this time, but I bet something like a nice fruit basket is warmly welcomed. Instead of giving a plain fruit basket, these cute little tags can really make it special. Along with the help of the other parents, we put these baskets together for my daughter’s teachers this year. They loved them! So I thought I would share with all of you the free printable fruit tags to put together a nice gift for your kid’s teachers too. This would also make a great “End of Year” gift for any teacher, school administrator, or secretary!
Teacher Appreciation Day Fruit Basket Idea
Here are the 10 fruit phrases I came up with:
- You are the APPLE of my eye
- You are a PEACH of a teacher
- You are PLUM perfect
- You are so BERRY special
- You are one in a MELON
- ORANGE you glad we picked you!
- You are the PEAR-fect teacher!
- You are awesome to the CORE
- BANANAS to have you as a teacher
- You are loved BUNCHES
You can download the Teacher Appreciation tags for free! Click here to download the PDF file. Print onto cardstock, cut into strips, and then cut out with a 2″ circle punch. If you don’t have a circle punch, just cut them out with scissors. Hole punch, add some ribbon and voila! The basket shown is from Michaels, in case you were wondering. :) And to all of you teachers who might read this, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for everything you do for our kids, all of the countless hours you put in, and the hugs and joy for learning you give to them. You are the best! Have a wonderful week, you deserve it! Find more Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas on our Pinterest Board!
